  1. Reflects Ban ID Number from 1993 version of EPA's Fish Consumption Advisory data.
  2. The state has noted that this advisory may be lifted by the end of 1996.
  3. The advisory in Tennessee has been downgraded, from a "do not consume" to a precautionary advisory only for pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children. The state attributed the downgrade to a diminishing of dioxin levels over time.
  4. There has been a significant decrease in the levels of dioxin found in the lake, according to the state.
